Job Position : Customer Service Manager
Job Requirements :
- Preferably female, age between 25 – 35 years old.
- At least bachelor degree (S1), preferably from Marketing or Economics field of study.
- 4-6 years experience in customer service role in Managerial level from multinational company.
- Customer service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Strong character, self starter, able to work independently, high energy.
- Good English both verbal & written and Ms Office (especially Ms Excel).
- Neat and diligent.
Job Responsibilities
To fulfill customer requirements through communicating, executing & coordinating with Production, Technical, Logistic dan Finance Department as well as managing the team of Customer service.
